Pubblicato nel febbraio del 1998 dalla React nel Regno Unito, il quinto volume della serie di antologie "Dope on plastic!", compilate a partire dal 1994 da John Stapleton, ed incentrate su stili elettronici come trip-hop, big beat e breakbeat. Questo quinto volume contiene sedici brani, di cui tracce esclusive di questa compilation di II Tone Committee (progetto di DJ Krash Slaughta dei Monkey Mafia, di lì a poco uscito anche su un ep), Freddy Fresh (da Minneapolis), Indian Ropeman (da Brighton, considerati fra i principali esponenti del breakbeat intriso di funk e psichedelia in Inghilterra), Smoke & Mirrors e Laidback.
